All İşbank Risk Group companies are provided with the same kind of financial assistance, by the same procedures and policies, as those
provided for third parties. The approved credit lines and other lending procedures in favor of İşbank Group companies are analyzed and
monitored to ensure compliance with legal requirements. In 2015, the loans extended to the group companies had all been within the
regulatory risk limits. Group companies had mainly been involved in credit products and deposits.
