Adnan Bali was born in İslahiye in 1962 and graduated fromMiddle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics
and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. He joined İşbank as Assistant Inspector on the Board of
Inspectors in 1986. He became Assistant Manager in the Treasury Department in 1994 and Unit Manager in the
same department in 1997. He was appointed Head of the Treasury Department in 1998. Mr. Bali served as the
Manager of the Şişli Branch in 2002 and the Manager of Galata Branch in 2004; he was appointed Deputy Chief
Executive on 30 May 2006. Mr. Adnan Bali was appointed as the 16
th
Chief Executive Officer of İşbank on 1 April
2011. He has also been serving as the Chairman of the Credit Committee and member of the Risk Committee. Mr.
Bali is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş., Işbank Germany and Işbank
Russia. He is also member of the Board of Directors of The Banks Association of Turkey and Vehbi Koç Foundation,
member of the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD), İstanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts
(IKSV), Turkey Finance Managers Association ( Finance Club), Global Relations Forum, the Institute of International
Finance (IIF) and IIEB (Institut International D’Etudes Bancaires), and member of the Board of Trustees of
Darüşşafaka Society and TEMA Foundation.
Suat İnce was born in Ankara in 1964 and graduated from the Economics Department of the Middle East
Technical University. He began his professional career at İşbank as Assistant Inspector on the Board of
Inspectors in 1987 and served in various units and branches of the Bank. He was appointed Deputy Chief
Executive on 2 April 2008.
Mahmut Magemizoğlu was born in Antakya in 1959 and graduated from Business Administration Department
of the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences. He also holds a master’s degree in
Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling (UK). He began his professional career at İşbank in 1982
as Assistant Inspector on the Board of Inspectors and has served in various units at İşbank. He was appointed
Deputy Chief Executive on 18 May 2005.
Hakan Aran was born in Antakya in 1968 and graduated from the Computer Engineering Department of the
Middle East Technical University and completed his master’s degree in management at Başkent University,
the Faculty of Social Sciences. He began his professional career at İşbank as Software Specialist in the IT
Department in 1990 and has served in different positions in the IT & Software Development Department since
then. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive on 17 July 2008.
Levent Korba was born in Muğla in 1960 and graduated from the English Language Department of Dokuz Eylül
University, Buca Faculty of Education. He joined İşbank in 1986 as a Candidate Officer in the İzmir Branch and
has served in various units and branches at İşbank. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive on 13 April 2011.
Ertuğrul Bozgedik was born in Kayseri in 1964 and graduated from the Economics Department of Ankara
University, Faculty of Political Sciences. He joined İşbank in 1986 as Assistant Inspector on the Board of
Inspectors and has served in various other units. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive on 13 April 2011.
