GYO) maintains a portfolio of real estate
properties, consistently enhancing
their quality and also develops new
projects aimed at further expanding and
diversifying the portfolio. Regarding the
rating of corporate governance practices,
the Company was rated as 92.74% (9.27
out of 10) by Saha Kurumsal Yönetim
ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
in accordance with the new Corporate
Governance Rating Report Period Revision
prepared in December 2015.
As of December 2015, the Company’s total
assets amounted to TL 4.1 billion, and its
shareholders’ equity capital totaled TL 2.8
billion. With a total market capitalization
of TL 1.3 billion, İş GYO (Real Estate
Investment Trust) ranked fourth with a
share of 6.1%, in a market where 31 REITs
have a cumulative market cap of TL 21.5
billion.
In recognition of the excellence in the
projects it develops, at the Sign of the City
Awards 2015 Competition, İş GYO received
the “Best Architectural Design (Private
Sector)/Ongoing” award for its Topkapı
Inistanbul Gala Project, moreover, received
the “Best Office/Ongoing” award for its
TUTOM (Tuzla Technology and Operations
Center) Project.

Company’s CMB Corporate Governance
rating was revised from 8.91 to 9.05.
With “AA+” long-term national credit rating
affirmed by international credit rating
agency Fitch Ratings in June 2015, İş Yatırım
had TL 5.8 billion in total assets and TL
908 million in shareholders’ equity on a
consolidated basis at end-2015.
While debt instruments issued by İş Yatırım
are publicly traded on the market, İş Yatırım
is the only local brokerage house in the
Turkish capital markets to issue brokerage
house warrants.
