In 2015, İşbank was presented with a wide
range of prizes and awards, as it has been
for many years. These awards included:

Awards, İşbank received the following

category regarding the advertising
campaign for the ”Login İşCep via

With the same campaign, İşbank also
received the “Bronze” award in the
“Product/Services Launch” category at
the MMA Smarties-EMEA region.
At İşbank, business processes are
continuously improved.
Efforts for the complete renewal of the
Bank’s credit card system infrastructure
have continued. With the new system
infrastructure, the Bank aims to roll out
credit card related innovations more quickly,
increase product diversity and improve
branch transactions.
Efforts to activate the commercial loan
underwriting process were initiated
this year. Improvements to accelerate
branch transactions and enhance the
user experience of employees continued
throughout 2015.
Efforts to improve the technological
infrastructure continue.
İşbank continued to invest in the Bank’s
technological systems infrastructure in
2015, as well. During the year, the following
activities were conducted:

The transformation of the IT
infrastructure and the data center both
proceeded in parallel.

A more standardized and integrated
technology platform tailor-made to the
Bank’s future needs is currently under
development. With the multi-channel
architecture design, İşbank aims to
reduce complexity, ensure that products
and services are introduced to the market
more quickly, and provide an integrated
and a consistent channel experience.
The Bank plans to put innovations and
improvements in this area into practice in
2016 and 2017.
In the coming period, the Bank plans to take
necessary steps to establish new systems
infrastructures that will strengthen the
perception of İşbank as being the bank that
best knows and understands customers.
To this end, applications and programs that
will transform all of the banking channels
from being transaction-based to being
relationship-based are scheduled for
implementation.
İşbank continued with capital investments in its
technological infrastructure in 2015.
