Private pension account: strong
contribution to customer loyalty
Actively promoted by the government,
the Private Pension System provides
additional income to individuals during their
retirement by directing their savings to
long-term investments.
The number of private pension accounts
opened at İşbank branches, which serve
as Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik agencies at the
same time, totaled 288,008 by end-2015.
Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik maintained
its title of having the highest number
of participants among private pension
companies in 2015 and became the first
to reach 1 million participants. The total
number of the Bank’s participants climbed
to 1,026,467. Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik has
sustained its position as sector leader with
a total participant market share of 17%.
Activities in elementary insurance
products
Anadolu Sigorta and İşbank continued
to develop joint solutions that aimed
to provide insurance products most
appropriate to the loan extended to
customers and that strengthened the sales
channels in order to diversify the insurance
customer portfolio in 2015.
İşbank provided a significant increase
in the production of non-life insurance
commission income in 2015 compared
to the prior year and boosted its market
share. In 2015, the Bank’s total commission
income from life and elementary insurance
products and private pension transactions
went up 41% on an annualized basis.
İşbank Private Banking was selected as Turkey’s best
bank in the “Research and Asset Allocation Advice”
category in Euromoney Private Banking and Wealth
Management survey conducted in 2015.
PRIVATE BANKING
İşbank Private Banking continued
to provide integrated services with
its subsidiaries andmeet customer
expectations through its wide-ranging
products and services in 2015.
As of end-2015, İşbank Private Banking
delivers services via 27 branches, 15 of
which are specialized private banking
branches. The Bank manages total assets
amounting to TL 18 billion which belongs to
the private banking customers while offering
investment products designed to meet
the risk/return expectations of customers
through its highly specialized and expert
service approach that target customer
satisfaction above all.
Specialized Private Banking service
points
In 2015, the Bank opened two new Private
Banking branches: Ümitköy Private Banking
Branch in Ankara and Ataşehir Private
Banking Branch in İstanbul. Together with
these newly opened branches, the Bank’s
specialized branches totaled 15 as of year-
end 2015.
Collaboration with İş Portföy
Yönetimi A.Ş.
With the aim of providing customers
with long-termwealth management
services at specialized private banking
branches, customers continued to receive
private portfolio management services in
collaboration with İş Portföy Yönetim A.Ş. As
a result of the agency relationship between
İşbank Private Banking and İş Portföy
Yönetimi A.Ş., the “Yatırımcıya Özel Fon
(Tailor-Made Private Fund)” was established.
The fund, which allows family assets to
be transferred to the next generation, is
the first that was founded by a portfolio
management company and offered to
private banking customers in Turkey.

Banking andWealth Management Survey
İşbank Private Banking was selected as the
best bank in the “Research and Asset Allocation
Advice” category in a survey conducted by
Euromoney, one of the world’s leading economic
publications, regarding global private banking
and wealth management services.
Privia branded products and services
İşbank continued to provide private banking
customers special services with its exclusive
Privia branded products in 2015.
İşbank Private Banking’s website
privia.com.tr has been redesigned so as to
conform to growing usage of different mobile
formats. Consequently, İşbank received the
“Best Bank Website” award in the “Bank”
category from internationally renowned Web
Awards in 2015. The Bank also was presented
with the Bronze award in the “Banking/Website”
category at the Stevie Awards.
İşbank Private Banking Activities
As part of İşbank’s approach to deepening of
customer relationships, İşbank Private Banking
customers were hosted in various music, arts,
sports and cinema events in 2015 in parallel
with their interests beyond banking.
In 2016…
İşbank Private Banking plans to continue
opening specialized branches in 2016, further
expanding its services network. As part of
efforts to be the bank that customers choose
first for all their financial needs, backed by
an experienced and specialized staff, İşbank
will continue providing its clients with unique
products and services that meet constantly
changing customer needs and requests
in a dynamic market environment. To this
end, İşbank will also continue to embrace
a customized services approach that puts
customer satisfaction at the center.
