The Group has no discontinued operations. The assets classified as “Assets Held for Sale” of the Group consist of real estates. Those real estates of the Parent Bank subject to sale are

announced on the Parent Bank’s web site. Announcements about the real estate’s subject to sale are also made by means of newspaper advertisements and similar media.
