The Bank, issued 10 year-term bond with a nominal value of USD 1,000,000,000 which is like subordinated loans for the
individual and legal persons who are resident abroad for prior period. The Bank, issued 10 year-term bond with a nominal
value of USD 400,000,000 which is like subordinated loans for the individual and legal persons who are resident abroad. The
aforementioned bond has 7.85% interest rate.
Subject of the bonds which have TL 2,984,143 balance sheet value at the end of the period. (31.12.2012: TL 1,804,451)
