The aim of being a regional and global bank lies at the heart of
the Bank’s international growth strategy. Attaching priority to
the countries in the neighboring region, our goal is to provide
a high quality service and added value to our customers
through our extensive and deeply rooted banking experience
in markets which have economic and commercial relations
with our country, and especially in regions where Turkish firms
are actively operational. In this framework, we will continue
to monitor market conditions and evaluate investment
opportunities in 2014.
İşbank plays a role in planning the future of millions of
individuals and enterprises.
By the end of 2013, our Bank provides services to a wide and
extensive customer base of around 16 million. Our rich product
and service ranges offer variety to our customers. Products and
services provided by our Group serve as a crucial function for
corporate customers as well as individual customers and play a
key role in their financial future. We accept this task as another
very important responsibility and provide our products and
services aiming to fulfill the requirements of law and legislation.
Another point I would like to mention is our perception on
innovation in our products and services. As İşbank, we have
accepted being innovative and pioneering as an assignment
throughout our corporate history and showed numerous
examples of this.
İşbank continues to contribute to Turkey’s
development, construction and improvement in all
areas.
