Yalçın Sezen
Deputy Chief Executive
Yalçın Sezen was born in İzmir in 1965 and
graduated from the Political Sciences and Public
Administration Department of the Middle East
Technical University, Faculty of Economics and
Administrative Sciences. He joined İşbank in 1987
as Assistant Inspector on the Board of Inspectors.
After serving in various units of İşbank, he was
appointed Deputy Chief Executive on 13 April
2011.

Rıza İhsan Kutlusoy
Deputy Chief Executive
Rıza İhsan Kutlusoy was born in İzmir in
1965 and graduated from the Business
Administration Department of the Middle East
Technical University, Faculty of Economics and
Administrative Sciences. He joined İşbank in
1988 as Assistant Inspector on the Board of
Inspectors and has served in other various units
and branches at İşbank. He was appointed Deputy
Chief Executive on 13 April 2011.

Senar Akkuş
Deputy Chief Executive
Senar Akkuş was born in Diyarbakır in 1969 and
graduated from the Economics Department of
the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of
Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1991.
She joined İşbank as Assistant Specialist in the
Treasury Department in 1991. After serving in
other various units at İşbank, she was appointed
Deputy Chief Executive on 13 April 2011.

Yılmaz Ertürk
Deputy Chief Executive
Ertürk was born in İstanbul in 1964 and graduated
from the Faculty of Economics at İstanbul
University and received his master’s degree from
the same university, Institute of Social Sciences.
He joined İşbank as Assistant Specialist in the
Economic Research Division. Mr. Ertürk has served
in various units at İşbank and the Kozyatağı
Corporate Branch; he was appointed Deputy Chief
Executive on 30 January 2013.

İlhami Koç
Deputy Chief Executive
İlhami Koç was born in Hekimhan in 1963 and
graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of
Political Sciences. He began his professional
career at İşbank in 1986 as Assistant Inspector
on the Board of Inspectors and worked in İşbank’s
Capital Markets Division. In addition, he served
as Chief Executive Officer at İş YatırımMenkul
Değerler A.Ş. and İş Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım
Ortaklığı A.Ş. Mr. Koç was appointed Deputy Chief
Executive at İşbank on 30 January 2013.

Ergün Yorulmaz
Deputy Chief Executive
Ergün Yorulmaz was born in Amasya in 1959
and graduated fromMarketing Department of
the Atatürk University, Faculty of Administrative
Sciences. He joined İşbank in 1983 as Candidate
Officer at the Arapcami Branch and served in
various other units and branches at the Bank.
He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive on 27
December 2013.
